ABC Radio: To kick-off the holiday season, ABC Radio will offer a two-hour country music special hosted by Grammy Award-winning star Jennifer Nettles titled ''ABC Radio's Christmas Kick Off with Jennifer Nettles,'' and three one-hour specials ''Holiday Survival Guide,'' ''Shopping For Kids'' and ''Holiday Movie Guide.'' KZZP-FM/Phoenix: Johnjay Van Es of The Johnjay & Rich Show threw out the ceremonial first pitch at the Arizona Diamondbacks game on Sunday. WTMJ/Milwaukee: WTMJ sponsored two ''Stars and Stripes Honor Flights'' from Milwaukee to Washington DC on Saturday, May 14 with a total of 140 Veterans on board. WTMJ afternoon host John Mercure led a ''WTMJ Cares'' fundraising project in October and the station's listeners donated over $250,000 to fund the flights.
