WMGC-FM/Detroit: Detroit Sports 105.1 had hoped to broadcast shows live from Detroit Lions Training Camp. Due to a rights agreement with the Lions, the move was blocked, forcing them to think outside the box. They approached Tech Shop Detroit, whose facility borders the Lions practice field, and obtained permission to broadcast from the Tech Shop parking lot with a 50-foot scissors lift.
